All appointments must be booked online in advance. You’ll receive a confirmation email from our booking platform, SimplyBook, with your appointment time, address, and cost. If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder first, then contact us.
We aim to arrive within a 10-minute window either side of your scheduled time. If we expect to be earlier or later, we’ll call. Please let us know if you’re running late or plans change.
On arrival, we’ll confirm the work you’d like done, fit the restraint, and demonstrate correct use until you’re comfortable.
A fitting certificate is issued within 48 hours.
Yes. Education is a core part of our service. We demonstrate how to correctly secure your child, adjust the harness, and check the restraint before each trip.
To make learning easier, we use a newborn-sized demo doll, so you can practice harnessing and adjusting safely and confidently. You’ll leave confident using and adjusting the seat as your child grows.
Car seat instructions cover many vehicles and scenarios. They don’t always account for your specific car or how seats interact with its interior. Even when instructions are followed carefully, incorrect installation and use are extremely common.
Professional fitting ensures your child’s restraint works correctly in your vehicle, not just in theory.
Our practices align with Australian Standards, manufacturer requirements, and guidance from leading child safety organisations, including Kidsafe Australia, Neura, and The Royal Children’s Hospital. This ensures our fittings and education follow the most up-to-date, evidence-based best practice for child restraints.
Our pricing reflects the time required to complete the work to a high standard, including travel time — often overlooked by customers.

We are a mobile service based in Liverpool, Sydney, and generally service suburbs within a 15 km radius.
In addition to visiting your home, we also offer onsite fittings at Warwick Farm and The George Centre.
